Year 10 and 11 Food students had the opportunity to visit Wagamama’s at Bentley Bridge. They were given an insight into how the restaurant operates, prepared a full dish with the head chef and each pupil received a gift voucher to visit the restaurant at another time. Students has a fantastic time and gained some great hands-on experience of what it takes to run a restaurant.
