Student Leadership 2024/25 Update – Half Term 2

Student Leadership Update and Achievements
- Antibullying Week– Head Prefects led assemblies, Prefects held a drop-in Centre, supported odd socks day and raised awareness.
- Wolverhampton Youth Voice Opportunities– Prefects have signed up for some of the following programmes to give back to Wolverhampton- #YES Board, HY5, Family On Board, The Guardians.
- Health Champions– Y8 Prefects are our new Health Champions, they have completed their training at the Wolverhampton Civic and involved in some exciting projects.
- Orange Ribbon Campaign– our Health and Wellbeing Prefect Team made orange ribbons and raised awareness for this fantastic campaign
- School Show– thank you to our amazing prefects who supported with registers, refreshments and backstage.
- Y10 Parents Evening– Deputy Head Prefects supported this amazing evening.
- Christmas Jumper Day– We raised over £250 for Save the Children Charity, well done all involved.


Wolverhampton Youth Council Update

Heath Park are proud to announce we have new members of the Wolverhampton Youth Council- Teja Cipariene (7SH) and Scarlett Rutter (7PH).
These girls are AMAZING and have made such a positive start and impact to HP and the student leadership team. They are true role models and will certainly drive positive change for Wolverhampton.
Additionally, Sienna Ahir (11JN- Youth MP), Hephzibah Kalapala (10BN- Officer) and Fathia Abubakar (13KC- Member) all retain their positions on the Youth Council this year.
