Gymnastics Success for Heath Park 2024
The Wolverhampton City Gymnastics competition 2024 showcased incredible talent and fierce competition among participants from various schools. Athletes competed in two disciplines, the floor exercise and vault. The event was a testament to the dedication and hard work of the gymnasts, and it was great to see them demonstrate their talents and bring back some medals. Well done to all those involved, Heath Park are incredibly proud.
Samantha (Y8), gave a controlled and elegant floor routine, earning a silver medal for U13 Beginners category. Meanwhile, Sonam (Y7) was particularly impressive, showcasing her explosive power and flawless landing on the vault, followed by a capitating and intricate floor performance, securing gold for both events in the U13 Novice category.
