Equal Access School Award 2024

We are thrilled to announce that Heath Parks’ efforts to ensure equal opportunities for girls in football have been recognized with the respected ‘Equal Access School’ Award! On Tuesday 14th January some of our KS4 girl footballers attended the ConnectEd presentation evening to receive the award. 

This award highlights our dedication to fostering inclusivity, breaking down barriers, and creating opportunities for young girls to participate and thrive in football.

Over the past year, we’ve worked tirelessly to:

•Expand programs that encourage girls to get involved in football at all levels through the curriculum and through extra-curricular provision.

•Provide accessible training facilities and resources tailored to their needs.

•Attend workshops and mentoring sessions with inspiring female footballers.

It is a true reflection of the incredible talent, passion, and resilience of the girls at Heath Park. Together, we are proving that football is for everyone.
