Tia studied GCSE Textiles and then went on to study Textiles and Photography at A level at Heath Park, she was an extremely hard-working and creative student who took every opportunity to develop her own practice. She then went onto study Photography for her degree.

Tia commented:

‘I left school during Covid in the spring/summer of 2020. Since then, I went on to get my BA in photography and I’m currently two-thirds of the way in studying my MA (a master’s degree) in Fine Art.

My works uses natural metaphors looking into life cycles as representations for mental health and navigating difficult situations in life. My work will be on display from 5th June until the 5th of July in Victoria Square, Birmingham’
