Anti-Bullying Guide

It’s anti-bullying week – of course every week is anti-bullying week, but this is the week where it has a particular focus.  We’ve attached a guide with a wide range of advice about what to look out for as warning signs, and a range of things to give you the confidence to be there to look after your child the best way you can.

You should know that when it comes to online behaviours, we teach all of our students – even the older ones – that they should be able to share all of their online activity with you, and that they should be inviting you to look over their shoulders to see what they’re up to.  If you need a way in to do this, you can tell them that this is what the Heath Park community does to manage online safety.  They should be able to explain to you who all of their contacts are, and how they know them in the real world, and should be able to show you how they protect their privacy online.

Any questions about online aspects of antibullying or about e-safety in general, please email adam.fletcher@heathpark.net
