Encourage students to take active roles in academic, artistic, sports, and community service projects.
Prepare Students for Future Roles
Develop transferable skills and experiences that prepare students for higher education, careers, and civic responsibilities.

Prefects must adhere to the following:

Display Heath Park Values and Traits in all interactions.
Be punctual and reliable in fulfilling their duties.
Refrain from using their position for personal gain or favoritism.
Maintain confidentiality where necessary. the school or prefect team into disrepute.

Prefects will undergo:

An initial induction programme covering leadership skills, conflict resolution, and responsibilities.
Ongoing leadership workshops or mentoring sessions throughout their tenure.

Prefects must submit a Leadership Log on their activities and experiences.
The school leadership team will conduct regular reviews of performance.
Prefects who fail to meet expectations may receive warnings or, in serious cases, be relieved of their duties.

Prefects will:

Gain leadership experience and develop key skills for future endeavors.
Receive certificates of recognition and commendation.
Be acknowledged during school half termly updates and recognised on screens around school.
