We shared information about mental health and wellbeing apps before Christmas – this week we have some information for you about health and fitness apps.
It’s obviously good to encourage everybody to take charge of their well-being, and using apps to help take charge of physical health and fitness has the potential to be hugely beneficial, but there are also issues raised here -about generic programmes that aren’t personalised to an individual’s needs, about your personal data and how its used, and about dependency. Don’t let these concerns put you off, or put you off your children working on their physical wellbeing, but please use this resource to help you help them do this in the best possible ways.
