Amazing Year 9 GCSE Artwork.
Miss Whelan’s Year 9 class have been responding to the work of ceramic artist Kimmy Cantrell, they have worked in 2D and created some large-scale mixed media work.
This work was then translated into relief using clay, using their 2D work to inspire them. The quality of the work is outstanding and shows what can be achieved with focus, creativity and hard work. Next steps, firing and applying colour
